Police say four workers at a group home are facing felony charges for allegedly making two developmentally disabled patients fight each other.
The workers were employed by the Independent Group Home Living Program in Hampton Bays.
Prosecutors say that the youngest defendant, 19-year-old Justin McDonald, of Lindenhurst, captured the entire incident on cellphone video for entertainment purposes.
In the video, News 12 has been told all of the workers are seen laughing at the attack.
The other workers have been identified as Erin McHenry, of Brookhaven, Stephen Komara, of East Moriches, and Rosemary Vanni, of Eastport.
Officials say McHenry is seen on the video encouraging one of the residents to hit another resident and turn over his wheelchair.
Prosecutors say that Vanni and Komara stood by watching, laughing and egging the patients on.
