Police say four people were injured in a multiple car crash in Mineola early Sunday morning.

They say they received a 911 call around 3 a.m. for the incident at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and Willis Avenue.

Officers say three cars were involved, and that the initial crash sent one of the vehicles into a third car nearby.

Authorities say four people were taken to the hospital, including two with serious injuries.

They say they are still investigation the cause of the crash.
