A crackdown on impaired driving resulted in four arrests overnight in Patchogue.
Police held a sobriety checkpoint at Waverly Plaza from 11 p.m. Friday to 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities say over 450 vehicles went through the checkpoint.
Volunteers from the nonprofit Mother’s Against Drunk Driving were also there to discuss the dangers of driving under the influence.
