Police say three teens are under arrest and facing weapon charges after being pulled over.
They say Tyshawn Parsons, 19, Shamar Jackson, 18, and another 17-year-old boy were seen getting into a black Nissan with illegally tinted windows. When officers tried to stop the car, the four suspects allegedly got out of the car and began to run. Parsons, Jackson and the 17-year-old were placed into custody shortly after.
Officers did not apprehend a fourth suspect at the scene.
An investigation into the vehicle found three loaded handguns, with one of them with a high-capacity magazine.
