Three individuals were arrested Friday night after police conducted a State Liquor Authority compliance check at a deli in Huntington Station.
Police say the check was done in response to community complaints about the Las Lajas Deli at 156 Depot Road.
Officers arrived for the check at around 9 p.m., according to authorities. One employee of the deli was charged with disorderly premise following the inspection.
Police say another employee was charged with an active bench warrant. A patron of the deli is now also facing an active bench warrant and a drug charge.
Authorities say several violations were found at the business. The deli was shut down for the night as a result of the inspection.
