Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people who tried to purchase items at an Islandia store with a stolen credit card.
Authorities say the credit card was taken from the Walmart at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway in June.
Shortly after, the duo attempted to purchase over $550 worth of merchandise inside BJ’s Wholesale Club at 1000 Old Nichols Road.
The purchase was declined, according to police.
