Police say one man has been hospitalized following a shooting in Hempstead.

The incident happened Wednesday night at the corner of Long Beach and Baldwin roads.

The location is of a mini-mart – it is not known if the victim worked at the business.

The victim has not been identified and his condition has not been released.

So far no arrests have been made.
