Police are investigating a shooting at the Poospatuck Reservation in Mastic.
Police responded to a call around 2 a.m. for a man shot on Poospatuck Lane.
According to police, when officers arrived they found a 26-year-old man who had been shot in the abdomen in a vehicle.
The man was taken to Stony Brook Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
