A suspect was arrested in a Copiague deli shooting that killed a man and injured three others, Suffolk police say.
They say the incident happened on Great Neck Road at La Vaquita Deli right after 6 p.m.
Police say one of the surviving victims is in critical condition, and the other two are in serious condition.
The men who survived have been identified as 61-year-old Bolivar Rodriguez, the deli owner, as well as 30-year-old Juan Ramone Avilla Roque and 40-year-old Daniel Acosta.
Rodriguez's sons tell News 12 he has been running the deli for 27 years ever since he emigrated from the Dominican Republic. They say he is fighting for his life.
Police say they charged 62-year-old Dionicio Calderon-Oseguera with one count of second-degree murder and three counts of second-degree attempted murder.
The victim who was killed has not yet been identified by police.
Calderon-Oseguera will be arraigned on Dec. 14.
