Police say one person has died following an altercation in the Hamptons.

Police say they there was a fight between two men at a home on Lincoln Avenue late Saturday night.

Kevin Somers, 45, of Amagansett, was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A resident of the home, Marc Dern, was not hurt and is not currently facing charges.

The Suffolk County Medical Examiner is performing an autopsy.
