A phony breast cancer charity that took advantage of generous Long Islanders has been ordered to pay $3.1 million in restitution.

Officials say much of the money will be given to legitimate breast cancer groups.

The state went after professional fundraiser, "Campaign Center's" Garrett Morgan, of West Islip, and the sham charity "Coalition Against Breast Cancer."

Morgan is barred from future fundraising and the center was closed in May.
