Police in Phillipsburg are enforcing the town’s curfew for children under 18 years old.

Police in Phillipsburg are enforcing the town’s curfew for children under 18 years old.
Police say because of recent law enforcement incidents, no children are allowed to be on the streets from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Exemptions will include school, church, employment and functions supervised by adults.
Violators could be fined up to $1,000.
