A Pennsylvania man is accused of fatally shooting a man in Amityville.

The 29-year-old suspect was indicted on a second-degree murder charge on Thursday.

The shooting happened three years ago at a backyard party. Police say the suspect shot his ex-girlfriend's uncle in the shoulder and then left the party.

If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
