In this week's Paws & Pals, Paws of War presented some furry friends that are looking for their 'furever' homes.

Thor – An energetic 1-year-old mixed breed dog. Thor was rescued from the Middle East as part of our Worn Torn Pups and Cats program. Unfortunately, his soldier cannot adopt him but it is his wish that Thor go to a loving home. Thor is a strong playful independent pup who is extremely loving. He is high energy and strong so we are looking for an adopter who can handle his energy and strength. We are also looking for a home with older children. 

Sabrina - A 4-year-old full sized Golden Doodle. She is a gorgeous, gentle girl who is just a sweetheart.  Sabrina was rescued from a life of breeding from a puppy mill. She adores her walks and being with people.  This chill calm dog would make a great addition to any home. 

Steeler – A 5-month-old Shepherd mix. He is a goofy, playful puppy who loves his belly rubs and running around chasing balls and toys. Like all puppies, Steeler wants a family to love and play with and spoil him non-stop. 

Baxter – 1-year-old Chocolate Labrador  Retriever was rescued from a Long Island Animal Shelter as an owner surrender.  He is a good boy, obedient, loyal and aims to please. Handsome Baxter has high energy and would make a great walking buddy. This amazing dog would be a great best friend to any wonderful adopter.
