In this week's Paws & Pals, the Little Shelter Animal Rescue and Adoption Center in Huntington presented three dogs looking for their 'furever' homes!
Nieve is a puppy and is expected to be about 50-60 pounds. He will need to be trained, as he is still a puppy!
Bebe an 8-year-old fully grown Pekingese. She’d thrive in a quieter, less active household. She’s a low-key girl who prefers to stroll around in her own backyard over high-energy leash walks. She is housebroken and does well with other dogs.
Teagan is a 1-year Spitz from Puerto Rico who was brought to Little Shelter through their "Passage to Freedom" program.  Teagan can be a bit shy when you first meet her, but warms up quickly. She's a little picky about her doggie friends, so she would need to do a pre-adoption meet-and-greet. She's housebroken, full grown and would do best in a home with children over 12 and without cats.
Scarlet is 2-year-old female chihuahua mix. Anywhere you're going, Scarlet will want to come with you. This happy girl is good with kids of all ages and other dogs. Scarlet is housebroken and full grown. She's low maintenance and would be perfect for a first-time pet owner.
