Ann Marie Drago was found not guilty of criminal mischief and guilty of petit larceny Friday in a partial verdict.
Deliberations on the charge of criminally negligent homicide will continue Monday at 9:30 a.m.
The latest note from the jury said that jurors are split almost evenly and cannot come to a unanimous decision.
Drago is accused of running over and killing anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez during a 2018 argument in Brentwood.
The Patchogue woman was convicted of criminally negligent homicide at her first trial, but a state appeals court tossed out the conviction, claiming that the prosecutor mischaracterized evidence and confused the jury.
