The owner of the now-shuttered Jericho restaurant Frank’s Steaks is facing a nearly $450,000 lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleges that Richard Gerzof had been renting from Triangle Properties since 2008 but was issued a warrant of eviction in December, about a month before the restaurant closed.
Triangle Properties says he owes more than $448,000 in back rent.
News 12 is waiting to hear back from Gerzof for comment.
