Strong storms tore through Long Island late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning, leaving thousands temporarily without power.
Drivers in Huntington were forced to deal with flooded roads as one storm drain couldn't keep up with the deluge of rain.
A tornado warning was also briefly issued for northern Nassau County.
