All injuries to students are believed to be minor and most evaluations were precautionary.

2h agoThirteen students and a bus driver were transported to a hospital for evaluation after a pickup truck struck a school bus Monday afternoon in East Meadow, Nassau fire officials confirm.
Police responded at around 3:45 p.m. outside Meadowbrook Elementary School.
The students and bus driver suffered minor injuries.
The 57-year-old driver of the pickup truck had to be cut out of the truck. He also suffered minor injuries.
