A fire broke out at a North Amityville home just a day after a man was found fatally shot there.
Officials say the fire started at the house on Somerset Road North just before 1 a.m. Saturday.
Police say 28-year-old Elbert Wright was shot and killed at the same location Friday night.
No injuries were reported during the fire.
Officials say the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
