Bagged lettuce is being blamed for a massive stomach bug that has sickened hundreds of people across the country.

The parasite, called Cyclospora, has been linked to 372 illnesses in 15 states including New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Health officials in Nebraska and Iowa blame a pre-packaged salad mix that includes red cabbage, carrots and lettuce. However, officials have not yet named the brand.
