A Hempstead woman was killed in an apartment fire Saturday afternoon.
It happened on Elk Street.
Nassau police say the 66-year-old woman suffered cardiac arrest and died.
They're not releasing her name right now.
News 12 is told the fire was accidental.
No word how it started.
