Oceanside sanitation commissioner denies sexual harassment claim
An Oceanside officials is denying he sexually harassed a female employee.
Jacqueline Urli claims Sanitation Commissioner Matthew Horowitz repeatedly harassed her on several occasions at work.
Last night, Oceanside residents turned out at a public meeting support Urli.
Overnight, Commissioner Horowitz issued a statement saying "I want to categorically deny the charges made against me.  These false and scurrilous allegations are designed to stop my fight against the corruption in Sanitation District No. 7 that has cost the taxpayers millions of dollars."
