Police say a man has been charged with driving drunk with a 6-year-old child in the car.
Shawn Buschor was pulled over on the Loop Parkway in Lido Beach on Monday afternoon.
Police say Buschor was driving drunk with his girlfriend's daughter in his car.
Buschor is accused of violating Leandra's Law.
The girl is back with her family.
