An attorney from Oceanside is accused of stealing thousands from his clients.

The Nassau District Attorney's Office says Nathan Levner took $10,000 while helping a couple close on their home. The money was supposed to be held in escrow but Levner allegedly used it to make a personal investment.

Levner has been disbarred and faces up to seven years in prison if convicted.
