2ds agoPolice say the 12-year-old boy shot himself in the hand Tuesday afternoon inside of the Big Master Barbershop on Home Street.
Surveillance video shows the moments after the gun went off. Multiple people were spotted on camera fleeing the barbershop, including that 12-year-old boy. One person drops what appears to be a gun and then picks it up before they run off.
The 12-year-old boy was taken to Harlem Hospital to be treated and is expected to be OK.
