Six additional cats have been caught since crews demolished a fire-damaged home in Hicksville, according to an animal activist group.
Long Island Cat and Kitten Solution watched closely as the Page Drive home was torn down Monday, concerned that there were still felines inside.
News 12 is told at least 16 animals have been rescued since the fire happened on Jan. 30.
