A major Huntington shopping center is getting an upgrade.
Newsday says ShopRite will be taking over part of the space where Kmart used to be in Huntington Commons - formerly known as the Big H Shopping Center.
It will be the first time in 25 years that a supermarket operates in that shopping center.
The ShopRite is expected to open next fall.
