Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano reportedly wants his federal corruption case thrown out.
According to Newsday, Mangano filed a motion Friday to dismiss the charges against him.
As News 12 has reported, Mangano and former Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor John Venditto are accused of taking bribes and kickbacks from a restauranteur, identified by sources as Harendra Singh.
A judge has already set a date for Mangano's trial for January.
