Thirty high school students were honored last night for being the 2012-2013 Scholar Athletes of the week.
The honorees, parents and friends gathered for a banquet at Woodbury Country Club.
The students were selected as part of the News12 Long Island Scholar Athletes sponsored by Capital One Bank. Each winner received a $1,000 scholarship from Capital One.
