Disney on Ice is making its way to Elmont this weekend.

Long Island families can step inside the magic at the UBS Arena.

The legendary tale of "Frozen" is returning and for the first time ever "Encanto" will come to life on the ice.

"'Frozen' is a classic by now. The families love to hear let it go and see the sisters skate but with 'Encanto,' especially with it being so new the children and the families love that music,” said skater Sidney Kosiek.

Performers like Kosiek say the opportunity to entertain viewers with Disney tales is a blessing.

“We get to come here and make families happy. Seeing all the kids smiling faces in the front row is an experience like nothing else” said skater Justin Hergett. "Sometimes the audience sings so loud we can't even hear the tracks on the ice"
