Dr. Debra Etelson of White Plains Hospital joined News 12 today to discuss a newly approved alternative to the EpiPen now available—it's called Neffy, and it's a nasal spray.

Dr. Debra Etelson says Neffy delivers a 2 mg dose of epinephrine intranasally and can be administered in any position.

It's designed for patients over 66 pounds and may be a better option for those who fear needles.
