A New Jersey man will spend 23 years in prison for killing a Hofstra University graduate.
Lawrence Dilione was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
The victim, Joseph Comunale, was beaten and stabbed to death in a luxury Manhattan apartment in 2016.
His body was found torched and buried in a shallow grave in New Jersey.
Another man, James Rackover, was already sentenced to 29 years to life.
