Both Nassau's NICE bus service and Suffolk buses are rolling again today on a weekday schedule.
NICE says passengers should still be prepared for delays and possible detours, especially on routes that serve the North Shore.
Able Ride Service resumed this morning and Suffolk County Transit says there's normal bus service today.
If you're flying, FlightAware says nearly 1,200 U.S. flights are canceled today.
About 90 of those are out of New York airports and about five canceled at Long Island MacArthur Airport.
Many canceled flights are arriving or departing from Newark or from Washington, D.C.
