Nassau County Democrats are taking one final swipe at Republicans as the end of the year approaches.
A radio advertisement, which began airing Monday and will run through Thursday, follows two high-profile federal corruption convicts this year of former state Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos and former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.
Titled "There's More," the ad claims that corruption doesn't end with just Skelos and Silver, insinuating that state Sens. Carl Marcellino, Kemp Hannon, Michael Venditto and Jack Martins have problems of their own.
A representative of the state Senate GOP says, "This attack ad is filled with so many errors and so much misinformation the Nassau County Democrats and their New York City-dominated Senate Democrat allies should be laughed out of the room."
