Nassau DA: Valley Stream man faces up to 15 years in prison for driving drunk, killing half-brother

The Nassau district attorney says Joshua Pena, 23, was allegedly driving more than double the speed limit on the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway when he crashed through a guardrail and into a tree.

A Valley Stream man has been formally charged with driving drunk and killing his half-brother last Father's Day.
The Nassau district attorney says Joshua Pena, 23, was allegedly driving more than double the speed limit on the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway when he crashed through a guardrail and into a tree.
Xavier Pena, 23, was pinned inside the car and later died from his injuries.
Pena face five to 15 years in prison.
