The MTA has rolled out their free e-ticket app for every branch of the Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North.
Instead of waiting on line, commuters can now buy their ticket on their phone and it will be scanned electronically.
The app includes all options, round-trip, one-way, weekly and monthly tickets.
The program had been tested out on the Port Washington line before being expanded systemwide.
