An MS-13 gang member has been sentenced to 40 years behind bars.
Arnolvin Umanzor Velasquez pleaded guilty to murdering two brothers in Brentwood.
Prosecutors say Velasquez was behind the execution-style murders of Ricardo and Enston Ceron in 2011.
Velasquez fled to El Salvador, but was arrested in Georgia last year.
