Police say one person was injured following a head-on crash between a motorcycle and a car in West Hempstead.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Nassau Boulevard and Hempstead Turnpike.
Police say a man riding a motorcycle was taken to the hospital. His condition is not known.
It's not clear if the person driving the car was hurt or what caused the crash.
