More alleged victims are coming forward in the case of a Suffolk County police sergeant accused of pulling over and robbing Hispanic drivers.

Former Suffolk Police Sgt. Scott Greene appeared in court today. He is accused of stealing money from two Latino men he pulled over while on duty.

Immigrant advocates tell News 12 that more people have complained that they too were victimized.

"So far, we have identified over 12 individuals, so there definitely are more individuals who have come forward," says Irma Solis, of Make the Road New York.

Solis says all of the alleged victims she's spoken to have now been referred to the Suffolk County DA's Office to possibly be added to the investigation.

In January, Suffolk DA Tom Spota said Greene was caught on camera targeting a Latino undercover officer, pulling him over and stealing a $100 bill from his car. The sting followed complaints from two Latino immigrants who said they were robbed by the sergeant.

Greene was arrested and charged with petty larceny and official misconduct.
