An Irish terrier named Curly is being praised as a hero after saving one of his owners from a medical emergency.
Jean Stout,10, was on vacation upstate with her family when she had a severe asthma attack in the middle of the night. The family says the usually quiet 2-year-old pup started barking and woke up the entire house. He then led Jean?s father to the bathroom, where Jean was unconscious in the tub. The family was able to revive the girl and rush her to the hospital.
The family says Curly can sit on any couch he wants these days. Jean, who has to wear a heart monitor since the attack, says Curly should be spoiled with prime rib and filet mignon for the rest of his life.
