Long Islanders are gearing up to go bald for a cause this morning.
Mepham High School in Bellmore is hosting the head-shaving event in an effort raise money for childhood cancer research.
The students at the high school have been raising money for 10 years, and this year they have already raised $50,000 for St. Baldrick’s.
