The battle over plans for a Medford gambling hall heads back to court this week.
Both sides will be in state Supreme Court Wednesday for oral arguments.
As News 12 has reported, a judge last week ordered the Town of Brookhaven and Suffolk County to review the proposal despite community opposition.
Suffolk OTB is hoping to get approval for the 98,000-square-foot facility that would feature 1,000 video lottery terminals at the former Brookhaven Multiplex site on Route 112.
