A Mattituck mother is facing a judge today for crashing her car while allegedly drunk with her baby in the car.
The collision happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Main Road in Jamesport.
The mother, 22-year-old Lindsey Marino, was allegedly drunk behind the wheel with her 17-month-old baby in the car. She is facing DWI and child endangerment charges.
Neither Marino or the baby were hurt.
