A Massapequa teen is within reach of a historic feat at the upcoming Paralympics.
Brianna Salinaro is attempting to become the first female to ever compete in taekwondo at the 2020 games.
Salinaro was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was 1 year old, but is now a black belt and a member of the para-national taekwondo team.
In order to qualify, Salinaro will have to travel far and wide, so her friends started a GoFundMe page to raise the necessary funds to help reach her goal.
