The Massapequa School District has announced they will be going fully remote for Christmas week.

The superintendent sent a letter to parents saying school buildings will be closed Dec. 21 through Dec. 23.

The district made the move to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and reduce the number of students and staff who may be subject to quarantine before the holidays.
