A Planned Parenthood in Massapequa opened Tuesday.
A ribbon-cutting was held at the new women's health care center on Carmans Road.
The hamlet's original office shut down in March 2022 because a car crashed into it.
Leaders say their doctors and nurses are proud to be back providing health care at a new facility.
"While all of the attempts to bring us down in the world, we're happy to have made lemonade out of lemons as the saying goes to modernize this facility and come back strong," says Planned Parenthood of Greater New Yorker President and CEO Wendy Stark.
All of the employees were moved to the Hempstead site while it was closed.
