Massapequa man arrested for alleged involvement in fatal overdose

A Massapequa man has been arrested in connection to a fatal overdose in Nassau County.

Detectives say they arrested James Haynesworth Wednesday night following an investigation to the fatal overdose.

The 46-year-old is facing multiple charges including criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
