A massage therapist is accused of inappropriately touching a client.
Authorities say George Garcia, 29, of Yonkers, inappropriately touched the 23-year-old female client during a massage on Dec. 3 at Elements Therapeutic Massage at 316A Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
Police arrested Garcia on Sunday in Baldwin on charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse.
Garcia has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His attorney says he is innocent.
"His client went through a 45-minute massage-therapy session without incident or complaint," says attorney Anthony Grandinette. "We truly believe that this is a fabricated complaint -- monetarily based, unfortunately."
Elements has several locations on Long Island, but it is unclear whether Garcia worked at other locations.
Authorities are asking anyone who believes that they were victimized by Garcia to call detectives at 516-573-6153.
