(08/28/07) CENTRAL ISLIP ? A man suspected of murders in both Texas and Pennsylvania will appear in court Tuesday in relation to those charges.

Paul Devoe, 43, was arrested in Shirley Monday following a cross-country manhunt. Police believe Devoe killed five people in Texas during two separate shootings. They also say he fatally shot a woman in Pennsylvania. According to police, that woman?s car was found at a Shirley home, which led them to the suspect.

Devoe will be arraigned in Central Islip before being handed over to federal authorities. Possible extradition to Texas or Pennsylvania will also be discussed in court.
